About HITS MOKO
Kia ora, my name is Howard Sergeant. I am a Tā Moko artist from the Eastern Bay. I have links to hapū and iwi within Te Arawa and Mataatua. I specialise in traditional Māori Tā Moko and art. I have my own home-based studio and mobile studio. My passion is helping people through their moko journey and reconnecting whānau to Te Ao Māori through my art and Tā Moko.

Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your appointment. Following these instructions carefully is essential for proper healing and achieving the best result.

Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be provided when you request a quote or confirm your booking.
If you cancel your confirmed booking date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at HITS MOKO. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Before your Appointment
To help ensure the best possible experience, please:
• Eat a good meal before your appointment.
• Stay well hydrated.
• Get a good night's sleep if possible.
• Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.
• If you are feeling unwell on the day, please contact me as soon as possible.
